Aptiv are seeking a manager to join its Global Real Estate team, who will be a key member in leading its Workplace & Facilities Management strategy for the EMEA region. This strategic role is at the heart of ensuring Aptiv’s workplace and facilities operations are delivered in line with its global strategy.Aptiv’s portfolio includes operations across Germany, France, Hungary, Morocco, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland & Italy, with a mix of Manufacturing, Lab & Office space.This role requires clear strategic thinking, a responsible mindset and orientation toward operational excellence and continuous improvement. The Workplace & Facilities Manager for EMEA will also act as the budget holder for all sites with responsibility for all relevant cost centers, including revenue and capital costs.
