As a dynamic and motivated Working Student, you’ll be part of our staffing expertise and talent management HR setup for the Consulting Team.Staffing/Staffing Expertise UnitAs a Working Student, you’ll support us on a wide range of tasks. One focus will be on coordinating the data of our new consultants. You’ll be in contact with our Recruiting Team, keeping an eye on the current CVs and all relevant entry data and bundling them for our purpose: staffing our new consultants on their first project at BCG. This includes maintaining Excel lists and our database in collaboration with our responsible Staffing Expertise Specialists. Other responsibilities may include supporting our weekly availability survey among Associates and Consultants and handling correspondence with our Consulting Team on recurring general questions.
