Job DescriptionThe Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development is seeking aWorkforce Development Analyst and Project Coordinator. Reporting to the Undersecretary for Workforce Development, the incumbent will play a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives, conducting research, and facilitating cross-agency collaboration for MassHire Department of Career Services, MassHire State Workforce Development Board, Commonwealth Corporation, and the Workforce Skills Cabinet. Current areas of focus within the workforce team include: employment system modernization, organizational change management, developing a comprehensive ESOL strategy, aligning sector strategies across quasi-public agencies, and more. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to policy development, program implementation, and organizational effectiveness.
