In this role, you will conduct in-depth analyses and gather requirements to support the Workforce Analytics Council and other stakeholders as well as partner with the enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) team. Leveraging your expertise in Power BI and Workforce Analytics, you will develop and maintain datasets and reports that drive HR strategies and initiatives. You will collaborate with the Director of Workforce Analytics to align analytics efforts with business objectives and present insights to senior leadership.
