We are seeking a VN campus HR Manager in Vietnam, this is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources during the initial startup phase. Reporting directly to the plant manager, this individual will be instrumental in establishing a robust HR framework that supports the growth and operational success of the factory.What you’ll do:1. Judicious HR Planning & Execution:- Formulate and deploy HR strategies that align with the campus’s judicious goals and operational requirements.- Collaborate with campus leadership to develop HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that cater to the unique needs of a startup educational environment.- Provide oversight and judicious guidance for the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a diverse and highly skilled workforce.
