About this roleDescriptionSeeking an attorney who will support BlackRock’s US registered fund business, providing legal advice and consultation on a variety of legal, regulatory and compliance issues relating to the structuring, launch and distribution of US registered funds, ongoing product support, and related regulatory reform and asset management services. The attorney will manage business relationships and communicate regularly with management regarding legal, compliance and business issues/risks with a focus on product development and distribution through third-party retail, technology enabled platforms and sub-advisory channels.RequirementsRequires a J.D. with superior academic credentials from a nationally-recognized law school and three to six years' experience as a lawyer in a major law firm or in the legal department of a leading financial services organization. Experience in U.S. federal securities laws, asset management, and U.S. registered funds and related regulatory issues are required.
