We are seeking a Vice President Sales Operations North America.This role is responsible to drive unified sales operations processes, actions and priorities across the US, Canada and Mexico to ensure the sales process is scalable, straightforward and as efficient as possible for our entire marketing and sales (M&S) community (Front End Sales (FES) and Business Units (BU)). It is also responsible for driving the delivery of best-in-class customer service across the M&S community during the commercial process and execution phase, working in close collaboration with the Business Units. Finally, this role will work in close collaboration with the Executive Vice President, Head of North America, on strategic projects to ensure the success of the organization in the short and long-term.
