Please note this role is based in Japan.We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Employee Relations Advisor. In this role, you will partner with Human Resources Business Partners, Employment Legal and others to investigate allegations of inappropriate behavior, advise on complex HR matters, and help to formulate, revise and communicate HR policies on a range of topics in accordance to changes in the government labor standards.In the Human Resources department, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed.
