Position Summary…What you’ll do…As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll serve as the subject matter expert and lead engineer for the Global Responsibility SparkGood Programs team. In this role, you’ll focus on developing the SparkGood philanthropy platform for Walmart. You’ll be responsible for delivering the product roadmap, designing complex changes, and implementing new features. You’ll establish a culture of engineering excellence and drive processes and standards within the team. Collaborating closely with product managers and technical architects, you’ll help define and address requirements. Additionally, you’ll work alongside both senior and junior teammates throughout the software development lifecycle, fostering a collaborative learning environment that emphasizes development, debugging, and operational excellence.
