Job Description SummaryThe role of the TGS Delivery OCM & Digital Experience Analyst will act as a partner for the Infrastructure, Engineering, Operations, and Services (IEOS) and Engineering Digital Applications & Architecture (EDAA) teams to drive and deliver the change management of end user programs and initiatives.The analyst will be an enabler in supporting development of an overall user experience strategy, identifying focus areas for improvement, and influencing IT and services teams to consider and prioritize the end user experience in solutions delivered. The Specialist will also lead deployment of portions of the strategy, leveraging excellent communication and organizational skills to engage and motivate teams to think bigger and better in keeping the user in mind, while also driving tasks through to completion.
