The role uses in-depth industry, practitioner and software knowledge to uncover customer business issues and suggest improvements, thus earning status as a trusted advisor with the customer. This encompasses delivery of via product and workflow demonstrations and technical presentations which may occur in small, large and trade show venues. The role works closely with the Autodesk Water Infrastructure team to bring customer end user and management personas into alignment on digital transformation strategy as it relates to Autodesk water software.
