Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in program management.Experience with ERP platform or related business system platform software development.Preferred qualifications:5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Experience working with internal product and engineering teams, large customer teams, driving cross-functional programs, and rolling out new technology and solutions.Experience problem-solving across distributed, fast-paced and constantly changing environments.Ability to be an influential leader of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
