Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in program management.3 years of experience in managing software development projects in the area of networking, specifically in network data systems or network management.Preferred qualifications:Experience in software architecture, design and data modelling, development of systems and algorithms.Ability to manage ambiguity in the problem space, requirement changes and priority adjustments.Ability to develop an investigative approach to solve issues.Excellent problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to construct, articulate, and defend simple messages or insights from analysis.
