Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.2 years of experience in managing projects.Preferred qualifications:Experience managing and improving software engineering processes and development teams (e.g., bug tracking, builds, test, and release).Experience with life-cycle management in a paced software environment or building product requirements and managing the product life-cycle.Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally, and to lead/manage team-members on projects.Ability to solve software engineering challenges and influence an integrated team of technical and non-technical members.About the job
