Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Team Leader - Repair Station.The hours for this role are 6am - 2pmThe hourly rate for this position is $37.00 per hour.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:The Team Leader, under the guidance of a Front Line Leader, is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and support to 15-20 hourly operators while also partnering with front end team to review and release daily production schedules in order to meet or exceed TAT goal and sales targets. This position is responsible for ensuring a smooth shift, including pre and post shift checks and consistent check-ins with operators while escalating production, safety, and quality issues as needed.'
