WHAT YOU’LL DOWe are looking for a Talent Specialist (f/m/d) for our Talent Management Unit (TMU) for the Consulting Team. As part of the TMU, you will be the central contact for our (Junior) Associates and (Junior) Consultants in all personnel and career-related topics, from operational personnel planning (case staffing) to classic career development from the start at BCG and thus accompany our consultants along their central career processes in a role like that of an HR Business Partner.As part of personnel deployment planning (case staffing), you will ensure that our associates and consultants are optimally assigned to projects and that the selection of these consultants is ideally matched to the personal career development needs.
