The Systems Specialist identifies and resolves operational concerns/problems and recommends action plans. Performs all functions relating to day-to-day operations of hardware and software. Coordinates, assists, and monitors third party vendors supporting the systems and facilities. Systems Specialist needs to be able to work stand-alone and make necessary decision when asked to.
