Our team offers a range of services including application onboarding, Major Incident Management, Post Incident Review, Root Cause Analysis, and Data Analytics. We excel in incident triage, developing machine learning for incident automation, monitoring and alerting, and creating virtual assistants to enhance efficiency across Walmart’s Supply Chain.We collaborate closely with our Supply Chain partners, stores, and eCommerce business units to better serve our customers. By empowering team members, Distribution Centers (DCs), and Fulfillment Centers (FCs) with cutting-edge technological innovations, we ensure that Walmart U.S. can provide an extensive selection of products-from groceries and entertainment to sporting goods and crafts. Whether customers shop online at Walmart.com, through our mobile apps, or in-store, our Supply Chain is the backbone that supports it all.
