About the Team/RoleThe Systems Specialist is responsible for analysis, configuration, and testing of client benefit plans on the My Benefit Express™ web platform. This position works closely with client service teams, clients, and external partners as a technical resource to implement and maintain system functionality including data integration between systems.How you’ll make an impact• Assists the manager in all elements of design, documentation, testing, project plan and implementation / conversion for enhancements and new modules• Configure client sites, including benefit plan rules, details, prices, text, and documents• Data import design and implementation • Data analysis & audit (often from various sources)
