What will you do?• Foster and maintain robust relationships across all levels of the organization, establishing a seamless collaboration between supply chain and business units.• Partner closely with Offer Management to influence demand shaping, align supply chain with product enhancements, and define optimal lead-times.• Direct the Demand Review process, aligning supply chain capabilities with growth projections for short-term and long-term planning.• Analyze and animate the Master Production Plan, identifying resource needs and proposing strategies to ensure optimal execution.• Drive capacity and capability changes based on Demand Review outcomes, collaborating with the Supply Chain Planning team for seamless coordination.
