OverviewThis role will support all aspects of business operations, including Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations, to maximize overall performance. This leader directly reports to the Fleet Market Manager and is responsible for the oversight of 6 Washington locations (Auburn, Everett, Spokane, Bremerton and Ridgefield), approximately 800 assets, 9 Fleet Technicians, and $50M in fleet spendThe role will balance between managing day to day frontline technicians as well as balancing analytical strategy. Key accountability performance deliverables will cover all facets of Fleet Operations including management of preventative maintenance programs, training initiatives, national compliance, and regional/national initiatives that make a lasting impact to the performance of the business
