This person will further the departmental vision of operational excellence and client satisfaction, in alignment with Broadridge’s goal to drive improvements in productivity , efficiency and quality. The Supervisor must ensure all department Service Level Agreements with Broadridge Clients are met in the most cost-efficient manner without sacrificing quality of the products.
