Supervise, plan or organize construction efforts through In-house construction teams and contract labor for new construction, maintenance, rebuild projects & storm restoration. Responsible for In-house productivity, safety and quality of work performed within the construction department. Responsible and or supports the hiring, training, development, production and performance management of the In-house construction teams and contract labor.Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceCoordinate with engineers and developers in designing the plant; draw and sketch installation and location of equipment and cable; complete bill of materials (BOM) needed for planned construction.
