This role requires a high amount of autonomy, and significant levels of operational judgment to achieve outcomes for specific KPI performance and strategic initiative implementation. This role will directly influence the team’s ability to achieve quality and timeliness of objectives. Influencing, motivating and coaching skills will be required on a daily basis. Additionally, this role will have ownership over the Structural Casting Tooling process.
