Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking roles, or digital ads sales.Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.Preferred qualifications:Experience in Video solutions verticals.Ability to succeed and exercise acumen in an ambiguous environment.Ability to use business intelligence and dashboards and analyze large data sets.Ability to be a collaborator with ideas, motivation, determination.Excellent communication, people management, and presentation skills, with the ability to write well and convey complex issues clearly.
