POSITION SUMMARYThe Stamping Set Up Specialist, reporting to the Tool Room Supervisor, is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of stamping tooling within the department. This role involves managing a team of tooling technicians, ensuring proper setup of tooling, proper maintenance and repair of stamping tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize tooling processes and support efficient production operations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS• Manage and lead a team of tooling technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the effective maintenance, repair, and setup of stamping tools.• Collaborate with the Production Unit Manager and other stakeholders to develop and implement tooling strategies, plans, and schedules to support production goals and minimize downtime.
