We focus on enhancing user experiences, streamlining internal processes, and introducing new modules to meet evolving business needs.We leverage key modules like ITSM, HRSD, WSD, LSD, GRC, BCM, ITOM etc. We are nowexpandingour scope to includeSoftware Asset Management (SAM), and are seeking aStaff Application Engineerto lead the design, implementation, and continued enhancement of this new capability, as well as to guide the overall evolution of our ServiceNow ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable solutions, integrate emerging technologies, and push the boundaries of what ServiceNow can do. Your contributions will directly impact the productivity of thousands of Uber employees worldwide, enabling them to deliver exceptional services to our customers.
