The individual will support key Enterprise infrastructure solutions.Responsibilities:Provide quality documentation and training to other teamsDrive efficiencies through process automation to optimize operations and ensure service uptimesCollaborate with other internal teams and third-party vendors to define best-in-class solutionsProactively monitor KPIs and address areas of improvementProvide Tier IV support for the Operations TeamBe part of an on-call rotations with other IT Operations membersExperience, Skills & Competencies:
