QUALIFICATIONSDesired Previous Job Experience:Masters Degree in Fashion Design/Merchandising or related discipline2+ years product development experience in Retail environment4+ years in one of the following development industry categories: Apparel Design, Textile Design, Production Development, Sourcing, Creative Direction, Garment Technology, Pattern DesignMinimum Position Qualifications:BA/BS in Fashion Design/Merchandising or related discipline4+ years of product development experience2+ years of fashion buying or planning experience in import driven retail categories demonstrating strong financial performance.Understand customs and transportation of product on a global scaleAbility to travel independently internationally and domestically (<15% )Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, internet and emailWillingness to continue education, as necessary
