They research and evaluate prospective technology. Sr. Electrical Engineers use best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products and services. They analyze electrical interface requirements of off-the-shelf components and specify or design interface circuitry. Sr. Electrical Engineers participate in the establishment of electrical design guidelines and practices. They act as a resource to provide support, direction, and assistance to technicians, engineering staff, and other departments.
