About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced leader for our data science and business intelligence team to unlock the power of Nanit’s data to drive our strategy and decision making. You will be responsible for leading a team of BI analysts, data scientists and data engineers in extracting, analyzing and creating insights out of data. This role will work closely with the entire c-suite to deliver valuable business insights. The ideal person will be a player-coach, providing strategic vision while staying close to the details.

What we are looking for:
This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC headquarters 3 days per week.
Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000 base salary, equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
