The position has oversight to a team of engineering professionals responsible for managing workflow design, service architecture, regulatory inquires and business support. The Director has direct oversite and accountability for building and maintaining effective customer and vendor relationships to ensure the team provides accurate and up-to-date information on Charter’s services, products and capabilities.
