Sr. Associate, Corporate Development - Integration AdvisoryThe Integration Advisory Group within Capital One’s Corporate Development team is responsible for advising Business leaders on Integration scoping and planning for all Corporate Development Transactions.As the Senior Associate, within the Integration Advisory team, you will work closely with other areas of Capital One to bring an integrated, cross-functional, and strategic perspective to integration planning. You will support integration strategy early in the transaction process, ensure the execution is well-managed, and continue to advise partners until the Integration has fully transitioned to “business as usual” owners and delivery. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining central tools that will allow for lessons learned and best practices to be shared and used consistently across lines of businesses for all integrations.
