Job Description:TheSr. Analyst, CLO Investment Serviceswill assist with migrating the operational model for the Grand Harbour CLO business into Fidelity’s broader CLO operating infrastructure. Specifically, the Senior Analyst will be assigned to a minimum of three live CLOs and will have responsibility for the daily monitoring of CLO compliance test results, regular review/updates of security reference data, monthly Trustee Report review/approval and quarterly waterfall distribution review/approval. In addition, the Senior Analyst will be required to have in-depth understanding of the indenture language for their assigned CLOs, support reset(s), refinancing(s) and liquidation(s) of their assigned CLOs and provide other ongoing operational and administrative support. Further, the Senior Analyst will be deeply involved with the testing, implementation and utilization of new technologies that will result in more efficient compliance test calculations, data reconciliation and waterfall creation.
