Job DescriptionReporting to the Vice President of Culinary, the Specialty Korean Chef is the lead culinarian responsible for curating an authentic Korean culinary experience in client locations.Relocation Assistance Available - Located in Ridgefield Park, NJJob Responsibilities? Creates and implements Standard Operating Procedures for Korean culinary program? Hires, trains and develops the culinary team with focus in execution of authentic Korean dishes and techniques? Create and develop new recipes while ensuring the authenticity and quality of traditional Korean cuisine? Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene? Oversight of the kitchen operations, including ingredient sourcing, inventory control, and kitchen equipment maintenance
