In this role you will execute Service work & customer support with high complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with Hitachi standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers in close co-operation with customers and other teams as well as take actions to identify new Service business opportunities.Your main stakeholders will be global customers, internal organization as technical department and manufacturing department.
