About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Operations Specialist as part of the Commercial Real Estate Documentation Preparation team within Wealth and Investment Management Operations. This team prepares commercial real estate documents for WIM Custom Loan Operations for pre-close, closing and performing regulatory due diligence for the business and Wells Fargo internal customers. You will also work closely with internal legal, trust, banking and lending partners. You will be consulting the documentation processing team as a subject matter expert on regulatory compliance and state law requirements.
