Eaton’s Electrical Sector is seeking a Senior Sales Manager in Chicago, IL to lead our IT Distributed Infrastructure business, with a focus on growing sales through CDW. This role involves full leadership of Eaton’s Datacenter and IT go-to-market strategy within CDW. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies and programs for Eaton’s Critical Power and Distributed IT (CPDI) products, services, and adjacent Datacenter product lines, ensuring they are effectively positioned and sold through CDW’s various partners and agents.Reporting directly to the Director of Sales for National Accounts and Ecommerce, you will oversee a team of 3 managers and 10 sales professionals, guiding them to achieve profit targets, optimize product mix, and maximize margins. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for CDW, fostering key relationships and providing both sales and technical support to ensure Eaton’s solutions are top of mind within their extensive sales organization of 10,000 professionals.
