This role requires a thorough leader capable of interfacing at all levels of the organization from key functional teams to the Executive Director level. This position will directly support a Program Management Office (PMO) in leading manufacturing strategy for programs in development.This role is responsible for making and driving decisions for Manufacturing Strategy, Planning and Execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Manufacturing Operations in the defense industry and must have experience leading New Product Introduction and Transition to Production of complex programs. The candidate must have strong working knowledge of proposal development systems, and will be responsible for presenting comprehensive strategies on Manufacturing Plans and how the efforts are proposed to customers.
