DescriptionFull Time Day Shift: 8am - 6pm Monday - FridayThe Patient Services Coordinator II functions as an integral member of the Organ Transplant team, providing support and coordination of patient care services through a wide spectrum of clerical and administrative duties.Works under the general direction of a provider or their designee, utilizing communication and administrative skills to coordinate seamless care delivery for patients in a surgical or non-surgical setting.
