You will collaborate closely with the legal team, various business areas, and outside counsel throughout all phases of litigation. For litigation matters the legal team handles internally, you will assist with drafting various discovery related documents, such as interrogatory and subpoena responses. Your responsibilities will include maintaining organized case files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Key tasks will include utilizing e-discovery tools to manage document collection, review, and production, ensuring compliance with legal holds, and assisting in the preservation of relevant data. You will also manage and respond to regulatory inquiries in partnership with internal legal counsel, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
