Job Description SummaryResponsible for development, execution, and maintenance of Supply Chain manufacturing strategies in partnership with U1 sites (Jacksonville FL, Norwich NY, Saltillo MX, and Dayton, OH) and suppliers. Determine Supply Chain make/buy strategy for new products and re-evaluate current products to align with site core competencies and Unison growth objectives. Represent Supply Chain in TG and 650.10 reviews with close collaboration with Commercial, Engineering, and Product Line functions on all new bid & proposal work. Partner with CME organization and plant leadership on MGPP, MGTP, and MGMP to ensure that process capability and automation initiatives are aligned with future growth plans. Manage complex issues of a technical and business nature within functional areas of expertise and be engaged in long-term planning that aligns with overall Unison strategy.
