Senior Manager, Tax - Income Tax (Accounting and Controls)

Position Summary…What you’ll do…Walmart, the Fortune 1, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Global Direct Tax team as aSenior Manager, Tax - Income Tax (Accounting and Controls).In this role, you will:Assist in the review and oversight of global tax accounting and reporting, including calculating the effective tax rate, current and deferred tax provisions, taxes payable and related disclosures.Assist in the global tax forecasting of the effective tax rate.Partner with local-country tax teams to resolve tax technical issues.Coordinate and communicate directly with other executive leadership across the business including foreign market tax teams, controllership, technical accounting, and FP&A.
