Position Summary…What you’ll do…As the Senior Manager, Global Communications - Digital Communications, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision of our owned internal digital communication channels and cultivating an engaged associate community. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, product, and engineering teams to build high-value, high-impact solutions that increase the visibility of important company news, support company strategy, and improve the associate experience.This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical knowledge, communication skills, and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content management (email, social media, digital signage, etc.), digital communications, and technology, with experience in a large global organization. You will develop and implement standards and processes while also leading the establishment of key performance indicators to drive channel effectiveness.
