The senior coordinator will undertake various HR administrative duties including HR project support and advising on clearly defined HR policies and processes. The coordinator will be responsible for designing and developing US HR compliance training programs and materials to ensure our employees are fully informed of the laws and regulations based on where they live and work. The coordinator will collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to create interactive and effective HR Compliance learning. Also, the coordinator will have broad knowledge of the HR function as well as general administrative responsibilities to support various HR projects.
