About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Counsel to join the legal team supporting Government Relations and Public Policy team within the Public Affairs Section of the Public, Regulatory, and Corporate Affairs Division of the Wells Fargo Legal Department.For additional information on this line of business, refer to the external Careers Site at Wellsfargo.com/career.The Senior Counsel will support public affairs activities, including the coordination of Legal Department efforts on advocacy on proposed state and federal laws and regulations impacting multiple business groups and/or enterprise functions, and preparing briefings on developments for senior Legal Department leaders. This position may also work on Trade Association related matters and other regulatory developments. The successful candidate will join a team of professionals who are responsible for supporting the Government Relations function in Public Affairs. Such candidate will be able to easily interact and manage relationships with partners throughout the organization (including businesses, Government Relations, different parts of the Legal Department, control partners, and risk partners) and external resources (including contract attorneys, trade associations or law firms).
