Infosys Public Services is seeking aSeniorContracts and Compliance Managerfor our Rockville, MD, headquarters.Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative):The position will support the IPS legal team and report directly to the IPS General Counsel. This individual will perform compliance and contract management functions for a uniquely varied set of contracts with clients from US federal, state, local, and international governments. The supported projects include IT services, software development, and hosting/cloud-based delivery contracts. Experience includes significant technical knowledge, experience with highly complex contractual arrangements, and the ability to perform in complex cross-functional business environments. Must have previous experience with a wide variety of US federal, state, and local government entities and with various contracting vehicles, including GWACs, GSA Schedules, BPAs, IDIQs, MSAs, NDAs, license agreements, and Teaming Agreements. Must know multiple Federal regulations, such as ITAR, and Federal reporting requirements, i.e., SAM and GSA.
