In this role, you will be a key part of the Global Channel Incentive Programs team for Atlassian. As a team member, you will be responsible for developing the direction and roadmap for a set of partner incentive programs at Atlassian along with creating, executing, managing and optimizing programs for Partners (Solution Partners, Integrators, & Aggregators) globally. You will be working with cross-functional and regional teams to develop and implement the programs that incentivizes our Channel Partners and drives company goals.
