Job Description:The Global Financial Controls Center of Excellence (GFC-CoE) is an enterprise-wide function that supports the Finance strategic objective of ensuring a strong financial controls environment. The function provides reasonable assurance over the key processes that impact Fidelity’s financial statements. Specifically, the GFC-CoE evaluates the design and operating effectiveness of key financial controls through integrated reviews of key business units including Workplace Investing, Fidelity Wealth, Fidelity Brokerage, Fidelity Institutional, Fund and Brokerage Operations and Technology, Asset Management, Corporate Services, Fidelity Investments Life Insurance, international sites (India & Ireland) and advisory reviews over strategic initiatives.
