About the TeamDoorDash’s Integrity team is seeking a Community Policy Senior Associate to create, write, and implement the policies that guide online and offline behavior on the platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in policy, fraud, and trust and safety to drive impactful initiatives to ensure the safety and integrity of more than 2 million Dashers and 32 million Customers who rely on DoorDash every month.About the RoleAs the Senior Associate of Community Policy, you will be responsible for crafting, socializing, and implementing the rules that guide behavior of our customers, dashers, and merchants. This role will focus on ensuring the accurate enforcement of our policies, and working cross functionally to ensure that policies are actionable and fair to all users. You will bring empathy and ethical judgment in shaping our values-driven policies. You have excellent communication skills and can work with a range of people from front line Trust and Safety associates to senior company leadership.
